Construction Manager

Job description

• To plan, monitor, assess resources, direct and act to ensure adherence to the Construction program in order to complete the project within the contract period. • To determine and monitor work methods and performance of subcontractors and employees in order to ensure compliance with their obligations and the company’s management plan. • To advise and provide input into negotiation and selection of subcontractors and suppliers in order to meet project cost and quality. • To manage terms and deliverables for both the prime contract and subcontracts in order to protect the Company’s risks and obligations. • To provide input into cost control in conjunction with the commercial department and Project Director/Manager in order to manage project cost and risk. • environment, in line with the Company’s management plans. • Co-ordinate design deliverables in order to issue to Site Subcontractors areas of program • Co-ordinate interfaces between sections and suppliers in order to ensure project requirements are managed. • To regularly review HSE safety at work site in order to ensure a safe work
