**Role:** Strategy Analytics Consultant **Who are we looking for** *We areseeking a dynamic and experienced Strategy Analytics Consultant to joinour Business Planning and Strategy team. We need someone with curiosity andattitude to learn more about the business and solve problems. Ideal candidateis with 1-3 years of experience post MBA* **Location** ***:*** *Bangalore* **Roles andResponsibilities:** *Thecandidate is expected to have a generalist role encompassing data analysis withcuriosity for developing strong business understanding. The candidate iseventually expected to develop into full stack consultant who can support inbuilding macro view of the company/industry and micro view of differentchannels/products for delivering data driven business insights to management aswell as contributing to overall monthly quarterly topline activities* *A. Data analysis, Business monitoring activities projects across Monthly /quarterly/Annual:* *1. Monthly performance across various channels and geographies.* *2. Monthly target setting and business forecasting for the company at channel/location/product level* *3. Industry and competition analysis, market size estimation and market share tracking.* *4. Annual operating plan activity both top down and bottom up* *B.* *Work Coordinate with cross functional business teams* *1. Collaborate with sales Channel teams for business monitoring related queries.* *2. Work closely with Sales, Renewal, underwriting, Channel teams to close queries on critical business operations* *C. Provide in depth Insights to Management and business projections* *1. Analyze data to generate actionable insights using Excel, Power BI.* *2. Prepare presentations or documents as required by management* *3. Incorporating business Insights into planning monthly, quarterly targets projections* ***Qualifications:*** - *Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and handle large volume of data to generate insights.* - *Skills needed MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Power BI , strong communication and inter-personal skills* - *Strong ownership of tasks with obsession to quality and Attention to details*
