**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage the development, testing, and deployment of life insurance solutions using Agile methodologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. - Ensure effective solution design, development, and delivery by utilizing tools like Confluence, Jira, Loma. - Oversee release management processes to minimize downtime and ensure smooth transitions between releases. **Job Requirements :** - 15-20 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in Life Insurance domain. - Strong understanding of Project Delivery Management principles and practices (Agile). - Proficiency in Solution Design, Development, Testing & Deployment using various technologies such as Life Insurance platforms.
