Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage the development, testing, and deployment of life insurance solutions using Agile methodologies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. • Ensure effective solution design, development, and delivery by utilizing tools like Confluence, Jira, Loma. • Oversee release management processes to minimize downtime and ensure smooth transitions between releases. Job Requirements : • 15-20 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in Life Insurance domain. • Strong understanding of Project Delivery Management principles and practices (Agile). • Proficiency in Solution Design, Development, Testing & Deployment using various technologies such as Life Insurance platforms.
