Consultant Job requirements Experience Range: With 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in testing web applications and microservices, including contact center and telephony solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for web applications, microservices, and contact center implementations. • Create and maintain risk-based test plans and regression packs to ensure robust coverage of critical functionalities. • Perform API contract and payload testing using Postman and SoapUI, validating integration points and data exchange accuracy. • Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases. • Conduct ETL and data mapping testing, including validation of legacy-to-SaaS migrations, reconciliation, and PII handling. • Execute performance and security testing to identify bottlenecks and vulnerabilities, enhancing system reliability and compliance. • Manage defect triage, track issue resolution, and deliver actionable quality reports to stakeholders. • Automate test cases and QA reports using tools such as Selenium and Jenkins for field-to-field validation across integrated systems. Required Skills: • Postman • SoapUI • Selenium • Jenkins • Zephyr • Cucumber (BDD) • Test Driven Development (TDD) • Snowflake testing • ETL testing Preferred Skills: • Experience with NICE CaaS or similar contact center platforms • Middleware error handling and AI use case validation • Oracle Fusion and CPQ integration testing • Akamai or WinSCP file transfer testing • Accessibility testing tools (e.g., JAWS) Desired Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field • ISTQB Foundation Level Certification • Certification in Selenium, Postman, or relevant test automation tools
