Control-M 9 Administrator

Job description

Key Responsibilities: • Administer configure and maintain the Control M 9 scheduling environment across distributed and enterprise systems • Monitor batch job execution troubleshoot failures and ensure timely resolution of production issues • Create modify and manage job scheduling workflows calendars alerts and dependencies • Coordinate with application infrastructure and support teams to ensure smooth workload automation operations and service availability Technical Requirements: • 2 6 years of experience in BMC Control M Administration and Scheduling • Hands on experience with Control M Enterprise Manager Control M Server and Control M Agents • Strong knowledge of Unix Linux and Windows operating systems • Experience in Shell Scripting and automation tools for batch processing support • Understanding of job scheduling concepts workload automation and batch monitoring • Knowledge of databases such as Oracle SQL Server or PostgreSQL is preferred Additional Responsibilities: • Experience supporting production environments with incident and problem management processes • Familiarity with ITIL practices and change management procedures • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail • Good communication and stakeholder management skills to work with cross functional teams Preferred Skills: Technology->BMC Workload Automation->Control-M 9 scheduling,Tools->Control-M 9 Administration
