Job description

Key Responsibilities: • Administer configure and maintain SolarWinds platform components NPM NCM NTA SAM IPAM • Monitor network and infrastructure performance to ensure maximum availability and reliability • Investigate troubleshoot and resolve network monitoring alerts and incidents • Configure dashboards reports thresholds and alerting mechanisms for proactive monitoring • Perform tool upgrades patching backup and health checks of monitoring platforms • Coordinate with Network Security Server and Application teams for issue resolution • Ensure adherence to ITIL processes including Incident Problem and Change Management • Prepare operational reports RCA documentation and capacity planning recommendations Technical Requirements: • Experience in Network Monitoring Infrastructure Monitoring or Tool Administration • Hands on experience with SolarWinds administration and configuration • Strong understanding of SNMP NetFlow IPFIX Syslog TCP IP LAN WAN Routing Switching • Experience with network troubleshooting and performance analysis • Knowledge of monitoring tools such as SolarWinds PRTG Nagios Zabbix LogicMonitor or similar platforms • Exposure to ITSM tools such as ServiceNow • Good understanding of network devices including Routers Switches Firewalls and Wireless Controllers • Basic scripting knowledge PowerShell Python is an added advantage Preferred Skills: Technology->Infra\\_ToolAdministration-Others->Solarwinds
