MAC - Administrator

Job description

Key Responsibilities: • Provide end to end administration and support for Mac OS devices across the enterprise environment • Manage device provisioning configuration software deployment patch management and policy enforcement using JAMF Pro Casper Suite • Troubleshoot and resolve Mac OS hardware software security and connectivity issues within defined SLAs • Perform system upgrades OS migrations inventory management and compliance monitoring activities • Support end users with Mac specific applications peripherals VPN email and collaboration tools Technical Requirements: • Experience in Mac OS Administration and Support • Hands on experience with JAMF Pro Casper Suite for device management and automation • Strong understanding of macOS administration troubleshooting and security best practices • Experience with application packaging software deployment patching and endpoint management • Knowledge of Apple Business Manager ABM device enrollment and mobile device management MDM concepts • Familiarity with scripting technologies such as Bash Shell or Python for automation tasks • Understanding of identity and access management tools such as Azure AD Okta or Active Directory Preferred Skills: Technology->Mac - Administration->MAC OS Support, casper
