Job description

Role & responsibilities • Responsible for both internal and external communications of the brand • Supporting the team with presentation design and having a critical eye for data visualization communication • Liaise with graphic designers and other vendors to develop collaterals as per the organisations requirement • Ensuring branding and style compliance, and represents the communication team policies and guidelines with external and internal stakeholders • Offering administrative support to the Communications Team in tracking products and materials according to deadlines • Supporting the communications team in creating, editing and posting creative content on social media platforms • Responsible for content creation for newsletters and other direct communications. • Assisting in contributing towards the inhouse communication tool such as quarterly magazine/ newsletter • Supporting the fi nance, secretarial and communications team in executing the Annual report and Sustainability report etc for the organization • Supporting the communications team in organizing various in-house/ external events such as tradeshows, exhibitions, campus placements and yearly internal events of the company. • Regular monitoring of the company’s website and social media metrics along with monthly analysis of the same • Supporting the communications team in developing branding ideas across the manufacturing plants of the company • Proposing new ideas to the management in terms of branding and marketing • Planning media calendar and interactions with the Chairman/CEO and various media houses • Crisis handling and maintaining the company’s brand image with effective communication • Nominating the company for various awards • Maintaining the annual corporate communications budget for the year • Responsible for making and coordinating for brand fi lms and yearly photoshoots
