Corporate Sales - HYD/BLR

Your Key Responsibilities: • Identify, approach, and establish tie-ups with corporates, IT companies, technology parks, residential communities, and employee welfare groups for lead generation opportunities. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR teams, administration departments, employee engagement teams, and corporate decision-makers. • Plan and execute on-ground lead generation activities, corporate events, kiosks, employee engagement programs, and promotional campaigns. • Generate qualified leads through corporate activations, referrals, networking events, and strategic partnerships. • Engage with prospective customers, understand their home interior requirements, and educate them about Bonito Designs' offerings. • Convert leads into appointments, showroom visits, and design consultations. • Ensure timely follow-up and coordination with the sales and design teams to maximize lead conversions. • Track and manage the lead pipeline, ensuring achievement of monthly lead generation and revenue targets. • Analyze campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve lead quality and conversion rates. • Represent Bonito Designs professionally at corporate events, exhibitions, and promotional activities. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Number of corporate tie-ups signed • Qualified leads generated • Appointment and walk-in conversions • Revenue generated from sourced leads • Lead-to-sale conversion ratio • Return on investment from activation activities Experience & Education • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. • 3–6 years of experience in corporate sales, B2C sales, lead generation, business development, partnerships, or channel development. • Proven experience in corporate tie-ups, field sales, or activation-led lead generation. • Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities. • Ability to work independently and achieve ambitious targets in a fast-paced environment.
