Interior Designer / Senior Interior Designer – Bonito Designs The Ideal Candidate • Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in residential interior design. • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. • Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, rendering software, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office . • Design Excellence: Demonstrates creativity, innovation, and a strong eye for aesthetics, space planning, and design detailing. • Industry Knowledge: Well-versed with current design trends, materials, finishes, and industry best practices. • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical detailing, site execution, and design feasibility. • Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of identifying challenges and delivering practical, client-centric design solutions. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively. • Client Management: Proven ability to build relationships, understand client requirements, manage expectations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. • Conflict Resolution: Skilled at handling objections, resolving concerns, and managing stakeholder expectations professionally. • Planning & Coordination: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and timelines simultaneously. • Time Management: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring timely project delivery. • Presentation Skills: Confident in presenting design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and proposals to clients and internal stakeholders. • Customer-Centric Mindset: Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable design journeys for clients.
