Job Title: Retail Relationship Executive - Credit Card SalesLocation: Mall / Metro Stations / Retail Outlets / Fuel Outlets Job Type: Full-time | On-roll / Off-roll Field SalesJob Description: We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Relationship Executives to promote and sell Credit Card products in a retail environment.Key Responsibilities:Promote credit card products to walk-in customers at assigned retail touchpoints (Malls, Metro stations, Retail stores, Fuel outlets)Explain product features, benefits, rewards, fees and charges to customersIdentify customer needs and recommend suitable credit card variantsAssist customers in completing the application form and documentation (KYC)Ensure accurate and complete sourcing as per processAchieve assigned monthly sales targets and maintain quality of sourcingBuild good rapport with customers and store staff for lead generationDesired Candidate Profile:Education: 10+2 / Graduate (Any stream)Experience: 0-3 years in Retail Sales / Field Sales / BFSI Sales preferred. Freshers with good communication can also applyGood communication skills in Local Language, Hindi & EnglishPresentable, customer-centric with convincing skillsWilling to work in retail field sales and flexible with shiftsAge: 18-32 years.Salary & Benefits: Fixed Salary + High Incentives + PF/ESI Benefits
