If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and are eager to contribute to our team's success, we invite you to apply and become an integral part of our organization. **Responsibilities:** - Handle incoming customer calls and address inquiries related to telecom services and products. - Resolve customer issues efficiently by providing accurate information and troubleshooting assistance. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while communicating with customers. - Document customer interactions, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date in the system. - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues when necessary. - Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve service quality and efficiency. - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call resolution time and customer satisfaction scores. **Requirements:** - Any graduate can apply. - Only looking for **Graduate Fresher.** - **Under- graduate (12th Pass)** with **12 months of experience** can also apply. - Candidate should be **2024 or 2025 (For graduate candidates)** passed out only. - **Strong verbal communication** skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively. - Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with confidence. - Comfortable with rotational shift (Including night shifts). - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Immediate joiner. - We provide **2 way cab.**
