**Job Summary:** The DM will be responsible for leading the team to achieve business targets, generating personal loan leads, ensuring smooth loan processing and managing team performance. **Job Title: Department Manager/Customer support Executive** **Experience: Fresher/ 1- 2 years** If you are interested share your resume at **udhayapriya@egrovesys.com** **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage a team of 10 to 15 members. - Generate quality leads through field visits, referrals and other sources. - Meet Prospective customers and understand their financial leads. - Explain personal loan products and benefits. - Collect and verify customer documents. - Coordinate with office team for loan processing . - Ensure timely follow - up and conversion of leads. - Achieve monthly sales targets - Monitor team performance and provide training and support. - Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
