Roles & Responsibilities: • Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries related to retail asset products • Provide accurate, timely, and personalized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction • Educate customers about bank products and services to support informed decisions • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions • Meet individual and team targets for service quality and customer satisfaction Secondary Responsibilities • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of customer issues • Stay updated on bank products, services, and processes • Support sales goals through effective customer engagement. • Excellent communication in English and Hindi regional languages are a plus. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Customer-focused with a positive attitude. • Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays. • Proficient in computer systems and applications. Educational Qualifications: Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA) Experience: 1 • 2 years of relevant experience
