Job description

Role & responsibilities • call customers from provided database who have taken / claimed Care Health Insurance • Explain the importance of their feedback and guide them to give rating on Google • Share Google review link via WhatsApp/SMS and assist customer to submit rating • Maintain daily calling report - number of calls, connected, ratings received • Follow up with customers who said they will rate later • Maintain polite, professional and helpful tone Preferred candidate profile Good communication in Hindi & English Basic smartphone knowledge - how to share link, guide for Google review Convincing & polite behaviour Freshers can apply, experience in telecalling / customer support preferred Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Experience: 0-2 Years
