Role & responsibilities 1. Initiate outbound calls to potential/existing clients, introducing health insurance products. 2. Provide detailed information about various health insurance policies and their benefits. 3. Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system. 4. Follow up with potential clients for renewals & to meet performance targets. 5. Maintain Retention of the customers. 6. Calling on the Port out data Required Skills & Qualifications: 1. Basic understanding of English and Hindi is preferred. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
