HR - Talent Acquisition Roles and Responsibilities - Ensuring the hiring in defined TAT as per manpower plan/JD - Sourcing and attracting candidates through databases, portals, and social media. - Execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates for frontline sales - Coordinating the interview schedule/drives, maintaining a candidate database - Manage documentation & onboarding process. Desired Candidate Profile - Good communication skill - Proven work experience as a Recruiter - Knowledge of sourcing through Naukri and other free job portals - Knowledge of Head Hunting through various Social Media - Knowledge of hiring for BFSI, Insurance ( Health & Life ), Broking will be added advantage. - Good knowledge of Excel Note : Freshers can also apply
