Job description

Responsibilities: • Lead the planning and execution of delivery projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Utilize strong Data Stage knowledge to guide project teams in data integration and management tasks. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. • Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary. • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and understanding. • Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact. • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices. • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Mandatory Skills: • Strong expertise in Data Stage, including data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
