Deputy Manager - Electrical Maintenance

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** 1. Responsible as shift in charge, and will looking after day to day maintenance activities of CNC, VTC, VMC, HMC and all conventional machines, electrical and electronic maintenance, CNC & PLC systems, AC/DC drives maintenance 2. Responsible for maintenance of utility equipment like DG sets, Compressors, Dryers, Transformers and material handling equipment like Forklifts, stackers, EOT, cranes etc. 3. Should be able to analyse the critical breakdowns and to implement corrective and preventive maintenance 4. Responsible for planning and optimization of machine / equipment spares requirement. 5. Responsible for compliances related to MBK /QMS/EMS/OHSAS/5S/Kaizen/Poka-Yoke activities. 6. Responsible as Electrical Safety Officer and for compliances for entire safety of Electrical system. 7. Responsible of energy consumption and conservation. **Preferred candidate profile** **Requirement profile:** Formal education: Professional experience: In years: Defined competencies: B.E. in Electrical Engineering 15-18 years **Functional Competencies** Knowledge of manufacturing processes Knowledge of CNC / PLC Machines, Utilities, Material Handling Equipment's, Installation, Erection and commissioning of Machines and infrastructure Knowledge of ISO QMS / EMS / OHSAS **Behavioral Competencies** Communication Skills Time Management Analytical Skills Presentation Skills MS Office SAP (Proficiency in Plant Maintenance Module)
