ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Negotiating, Drafting, Reviewing & Executing transaction contracts. • Conducting audits of hospitals from legal and compliance prospective. • Managing online compliance tool. • Appear before regulators and / or replying to notices received from regulatory authorities. • Legal research. Provide legal advice and review the process flow to mitigate the risk along-with proper documentation. • Audits and Investigations responsibility as part of Legal & Compliance control function. • Update Management about Legal issues & Statutory Compliances • Review, advice and implement internal policies and procedures. Experience & Qualifications • 08 to 14 years of experience in legal litigations, Contract drafting, Contract handling • Healthcare is preferable • LLB/ B.A LLB (Hons)
