We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to lead our Quality team at Aster MIMS in Kannur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, with 5-10 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility • Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes to ensure high standards of patient care. • Lead and manage a team of quality professionals to achieve departmental goals. • Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve quality issues. • Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Implement corrective actions to address identified quality concerns. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Job Requirements • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the healthcare industry. • Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures. • Excellent leadership and management skills. • Ability to analyze data and identify trends. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • A graduate or postgraduate degree is required.
