We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to lead our Quality team at Aster MIMS in Kannur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, with 5-10 years of experience. **Roles and Responsibility** - Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes to ensure high standards of patient care. - Lead and manage a team of quality professionals to achieve departmental goals. - Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve quality issues. - Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Implement corrective actions to address identified quality concerns. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. **Job Requirements** - Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the healthcare industry. - Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures. - Excellent leadership and management skills. - Ability to analyze data and identify trends. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. - A graduate or postgraduate degree is required.
