We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Executive to join our team at Aster DM Healthcare Limited in Kannur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and assurance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Roles and Responsibility • Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes to ensure high standards of patient care. • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives. • Analyze data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for quality improvement. • Develop and maintain quality control documentation and records. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Job Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as medicine or healthcare. • Proven experience in quality control and assurance, preferably in the healthcare industry. • Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly. • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, including HIPAA and PCI-DSS.
