Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and track progress against milestones. • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project schedule and budget. • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Job Requirements : • 8-11 years of experience in program or project management in IT services & consulting industry. • Strong understanding of PMP principles and practices (PMP certification preferred). • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
