Roles and Responsibilities : • Design and implement efficient production layouts to meet customer demands while minimizing waste and maximizing productivity. • Conduct capacity calculations to determine the maximum output of a plant or facility, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Develop and maintain accurate line balances, scheduling production activities to optimize resource utilization and reduce lead times. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes, implementing lean manufacturing principles to drive efficiency gains. Job Requirements : • 6-9 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in the chemicals industry. • Strong understanding of capacity calculation, layout planning, line balancing, and lean manufacturing principles. • Proven ability to analyze data to inform decision-making and drive process improvements.
