**Role & responsibilities** - To facilitate transport and canteen facilities. - To influence and coordinate the formation of people related committees and track their effectiveness - To process the payroll input data to be provided to finance for payroll processing - To comply statutory requirements - To activate welfare programmes as per plan - To enroll temporary workforce - To participate and provide inputs in manpower planning process - To evaluate and identify recruiters - To facilitate training to the Touch Point Owners in the selection process - To coordinate selection and interviewing process **Preferred candidate profile** MBA / MSW - HR (With 2 -3 Years of experience in HR)
