Role & responsibilities • To facilitate transport and canteen facilities. • To influence and coordinate the formation of people related committees and track their effectiveness • To process the payroll input data to be provided to finance for payroll processing • To comply statutory requirements • To activate welfare programmes as per plan • To enroll temporary workforce • To participate and provide inputs in manpower planning process • To evaluate and identify recruiters • To facilitate training to the Touch Point Owners in the selection process • To coordinate selection and interviewing process Preferred candidate profile MBA / MSW - HR (With 2 -3 Years of experience in HR)
