SIZE OF THE ROLE FINANCIAL SIZE NON-FINANCIAL SIZE Not Applicable Not Applicable **Key Duties And Responsibilities Of The Role** - Manage and grow a portfolio of clients by providing fast track loan solutions tailored to their financial needs. - Conduct thorough credit appraisals and risk assessments to ensure compliance with the bank’s lending policies and regulatory requirements. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and offer appropriate banking products. - Collaborate with internal teams including credit, operations, and compliance to facilitate seamless loan processing and disbursal. - Monitor loan performance and proactively address any issues related to repayments or client concerns. - Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional banking products and services to enhance client value and bank revenue. - Prepare detailed reports on loan portfolio status, client interactions, and market trends for senior management review. - Stay updated with industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to advise clients effectively. - Participate in training and development programs to continuously enhance product knowledge and relationship management skills. **Educational Qualifications** MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred. - Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in banking with a focus on retail or SME lending, particularly in fast track loan products.
