**Location Name:** Pune Corporate Office - PTP **Job Purpose** The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for supporting the implementation, testing, governance, and business adoption of AI-enabled Legal Technology and Enterprise Platforms across Bajaj Finance Limited. The role will act as a bridge between Business, Legal, Compliance, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful deployment of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Litigation Management, Notice Management, Trademark Management, Legal AI, and ERP-based solutions. The incumbent will participate in requirement gathering, business process mapping, UAT execution, data validation, control framework design, and AI-driven process transformation initiatives. **Duties And Responsibilities** - CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) - Support end-to-end CLM implementation initiatives. - Document and review contract workflows from initiation to renewal. - Assist in drafting business requirements, user stories, process flows, and SOPs. - Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Compliance, and Business teams during implementation. - Validate AI-assisted contract review and risk identification outputs. - Monitor contract repository governance and lifecycle controls. - Legal AI Platform Implementation - Support deployment of AI-powered legal solutions. - Evaluate AI-generated summaries, legal research outputs, and contract risk assessments. - Participate in AI model testing and business validation. - Assist in creation of legal knowledge repositories, precedents, and judgement databases. - Work with vendors and technology teams for implementation and enhancements. - Litigation & Notice Management - Support digitization and automation of litigation and legal notice processes. - Maintain case tracking dashboards and management reports. - Validate litigation data migration and master records. - Assist Legal teams in workflow design and automation. - Monitor turnaround timelines and compliance requirements. - Trademark & Intellectual Property Management - Support implementation of trademark lifecycle tracking solutions. - Maintain trademark inventory and monitoring dashboards. - Assist in renewal tracking and status reporting. - Coordinate with Legal and external consultants for data validation. - ERP & Digital Transformation Projects - Participate in ERP enhancement and system integration initiatives. - Prepare BRDs, process documents, test scenarios, and user manuals. - Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect tracking. - Support data migration and reconciliation activities. - Work closely with Finance, IT, Risk, Compliance, and vendor teams. - Governance, Controls & Analytics - Design and monitor process controls for implemented solutions. - Develop MIS, dashboards, and management reports. - Ensure audit readiness and documentation completeness. - Support regulatory, compliance, and internal audit requirements. - Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives. **Required Skills** **Required Qualifications and Experience** Functional - Strong understanding of Finance, Audit, Compliance and Business Processes. - Basic understanding of Contracts, Legal Documentation, Litigation and Regulatory Environment. - Knowledge of ERP systems and business applications. - Understanding of Internal Controls and Process Governance. Technical - Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint. - Awareness of AI/GenAI technologies. - Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Copilot, ChatGPT or Analytics tools will be preferred. - Understanding of system implementation lifecycle and UAT process. Soft Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Stakeholder management and coordination skills. - Learning agility and technology orientation. - Ability to work in cross-functional teams. **Preferred Candidate Profile** Criteria Requirement Qualification Chartered Accountant (Mandatory) Experience CA Fresher or up to 1 year PQE Preferred Exposure ERP Implementation, Digital Transformation, Legal-Tech, CLM, AI Projects Industry Banking, NBFC, Big4, Consulting, FinTech Location Willingness to work from Pune – Viman Nagar Office
