Job description

. - Design and optimize HVAC systems, including central plant systems, air distribution systems, and controls systems. - Conduct load calculations and energy simulations to determine optimal system sizing and configuration. - Design and oversee the installation of domestic water supply, sanitary drainage, and storm water drainage systems. - Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and standards. - Design and oversee the installation of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Reverse Osmosis (RO) plants, and solid waste treatment systems. - Develop detailed design drawings, specifications, and calculations. - Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (civil, structural, electrical) to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems and Plumbing systems. - Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery. - Conduct water quality assessments and identify treatment requirements. - Select appropriate equipment and technologies to achieve desired water quality. - Develop detailed design drawings, specifications, and calculations. - Coordinate with environmental authorities for approvals and permits. - Design and oversee the installation of fire alarm, fire sprinkler, and fire hydrant systems. - Conduct fire safety assessments and risk analysis. - Ensure compliance with fire safety codes and standards. - Coordinate with local fire authorities for approvals and inspections - Conduct site visits to oversee installation and commissioning. - Review design documents for accuracy and completeness. - Assist Manager in design reviews and technical discussions with project stakeholders. - Communicate effectively and understand requirements and expectations. Education Requirement : - Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering - LEED certification or other sustainability certifications. Experience Requirement : - 4 to 8 years of Experience in designing and implementing MEP for large-scale projects. - Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., plumbing codes, fire safety codes, HVAC codes, water quality standards).
