Design Executive

Job description

**Role Overview:** We are looking for a Design Executive who will be responsible for creating and executing design plans for our retail/F&B spaces. The role involves preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring timely execution of design projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare layout plans, detailed drawings, and elevations within defined timelines - Visit project sites to assess requirements and incorporate necessary revisions into designs - Develop 3D models for proposed premises - Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution - Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for sites - Ensure design accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines **Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) / Diploma in Design or equivalent. **Experience:** - Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or F&B design - Experience working with a design firm will be an added advantage **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp - Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint - Strong coordination and communication skills - Attention to detail and ability to manage timelines
