Job description

Roles and Responsibilities • Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and safety. • Supervise a team of staff members, providing guidance and training to improve performance and productivity. • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, making recommendations for improvement. • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales transactions, and other relevant metrics. Desired Candidate Profile • 1-5 years of experience in retail or hospitality industry (QSR/F&B/restaurant). • Degree holder from a recognized university (Bachelors in Hotel Management. • Strong knowledge of food packing materials, grocery stores operations. • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
