Vedantu is looking for a passionate and experienced **Design & Video Lead** to lead our in-house creative team. This role requires a strategic creative professional who can drive brand campaigns, manage end-to-end design and video production, mentor designers and video editors, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful brand communication. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead Design and Video teams to deliver high-quality creative assets. - Own end-to-end creative production from concept to execution. - Define creative direction for brand campaigns, product launches, digital marketing, and social media. - Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels. - Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams. - Review and maintain creative quality across all outputs. - Improve creative workflows using modern design practices and AI-powered tools. **Requirements** - 4+ years of experience in Brand Design, Creative Design, or Video Production. - Experience leading creative teams. - Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital creatives, and video campaigns. - Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Understanding of branding, storytelling, typography, and motion graphics **Preferred** - Experience in Performance Marketing. - Experience with AI creative tools. - Experience in EdTech, Media, Advertising, or Consumer Internet companies. - Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field.
