Job Title: Branch Manager Department: Sales/ Operations / Academic Delivery Location: Pune/Bangalore Reports To: Regional Manager / Zonal Head / Director Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee the operations, academics, and business performance of our educational center. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, a background in the education or training industry, and a passion for delivering high-quality learning experiences. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Operational Management • Oversee daily operations of the branch including infrastructure, staff, logistics, and administration. • Ensure smooth delivery of academic programs and adherence to SOPs. • Monitor center hygiene, safety, and compliance with company standards. 🔹 Academic & Student Management • Coordinate with faculty and academic teams to ensure timely class delivery and student satisfaction • Address student/parent concerns, feedback, and grievances professionally • Conduct periodic reviews of academic performance and suggest improvements . 🔹 Business Development & Revenue Generation • Achieve branch targets related to admissions, revenue, and student retention • Conduct local marketing, seminars, school/college visits, and promotional activities • Convert leads to enrollments through effective counseling and follow-up 🔹 Team Leadership • Hire, train, and supervise staff including counselors, admin staff, and faculty (if required). • Motivate the team to achieve individual and branch goals • Conduct regular meetings, performance reviews, and training session 🔹 Reporting & Analysis • Maintain and analyze branch performance data – admissions, revenue, student feedback, • Send regular reports to the regional or central office • Take corrective actions based on business performance metrics.
