Job Description and Skill Matrix - Work as a Mac and Windows Desktop Support Engineer - Installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting of Mac / Windows computers. - Support to all Mac / Windows related Software Products - Provide end-user support for macOS and Windows systems, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting. - Deliver remote and on-site helpdesk support across multiple company locations. - Support and troubleshoot issues related to Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other productivity tools. - Manage device imaging (e.g., macOS via Time Machine), application deployment, and device enrolment using JAMF and Microsoft Intune. - Configure and support VPNs (SonicWall), BitLocker encryption, mobile authenticators, and RDP connectivity. - Integrate Mac devices into Windows Active Directory domains and manage user accounts. - Perform network-related tasks, including DHCP/DNS troubleshooting and printer configuration. - Maintain accurate asset inventory, manage hardware/software procurement, and coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs or replacements. - Set up and support client devices including hardware, peripherals, and UPS systems, following ISO 9001:2015 internal standards and procedures. - Ensure proper documentation of all IT operations including installation reports, network inventory, and support logs.. - Monitor the health of IT infrastructure and proactively address potential issues. - Hardware, Software Procurement co-ordination as a SPOC - Hardware assign and receiving related to associates and documentation - Log calls for hardware issues and coordinate with vendors to resolve the issues - Configure network printers and printer cards for users - Collaborate with global IT teams and provide support to associates across international offices Eligibility: · B. Tech in Computer Science or Engineering · Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in Technical Service desk will be an added advantage · Certifications in Apple and Microsoft · ISO 9001:2015 Quality Standards familiarity · Excellent technical and interpersonal communication skills Should be open to working in shifts (Including night shifts) & 24\\*7 working - Preferable from Hyderabad location
