We are seeking a HOPEX v6 Developer – Level 4 to design, develop, and enhance the Global Enterprise Architecture Repository (GEAR) platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HOPEX customization, integrations, and enterprise application development, along with the ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. \\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_ Key Responsibilities HOPEX Development & Customization • Design and implement custom meta-models including: o Meta classes, attributes, relationships, and object types • Develop and configure: o Workflows, forms, rules, and validations • Customize: o HOPEX Web Front-End and repository structures • Build interactive dashboards and reports using HOPEX tools • Develop scripts using: o JavaScript, VBScript, SQL \\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_ Advanced Development & Engineering • Develop and optimize queries using: o SQL, ERQL, GraphQL • Build reusable components and automation for efficiency • Ensure performance optimization and scalability of solutions • Implement data validation and governance controls \\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_ Integration & APIs • Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems such as: o ServiceNow o CMDB o ERP systems • Work with: o HOPEX APIs / REST APIs • Handle data mapping, transformation, and synchronization across systems \\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_ Release & Quality Management • Perform: o Unit testing o Integration testing support • Support deployment, releases, and version control • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and production issues • Ensure adherence to development and release standards \\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_ Platform Support & Maintenance • Provide L3 support for application issues • Troubleshoot performance and configuration issues • Maintain and update technical documentation and runbooks • Support minor enhancements and bug fixes post-deployment \\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_ Stakeholder Collaboration • Work closely with: o Enterprise Architects o Solution Architects o Governance teams o Business stakeholders • Translate business needs into technical solutions and designs • Provide technical documentation, training, and user guidance\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_ Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills • Strong hands-on experience with: o HOPEX Development (Meta-modeling, workflows, reporting) o SQL, ERQL, GraphQL o JavaScript / VBScript • Experience with: o REST APIs and integrations o Enterprise system integrations (ServiceNow, CMDB, etc.) • Good understanding of: o Enterprise Architecture concepts (TOGAF preferred) \\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_ Soft Skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Effective communication and stakeholder management • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams • Detail-oriented with a strong data governance mindset
