DevOps Engineer

Job description

**Key Responsibilities :** - Monitor scheduled jobs, batch processing, and workflows across environments - Identify job failures, delays, or anomalies proactively - Restart/relaunch failed jobs based on defined SOPs/runbooks - Monitor application health using dashboards and alerting tools - Respond to alerts and incidents within SLA timelines - Escalate issues to L2/L3 teams with proper diagnostics and context - Analyse logs using tools like **Splunk (or similar tools)** - Capture relevant error messages - Monitor CI/CD pipelines for failures or delays - Rerun failed deployments/tasks as per runbooks - Act as the **first point of contact during night shifts** - Maintain shift handover notes for global teams - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Infra, L2/L3 support) - Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and runbooks
