Job description

• Ensure preparation and implementation of QA Policy documents / Global SOPs / Functional SOPs from time to time as per the timelines. • Identify the requirement of new Global Processes as per the gaps identified through periodic review and as perceived through internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis. • Ensure periodic review of Site SOPs and identify any inconsistent practices from one Site to another. Similarly, periodic review of STPs being generated at Central Cell so as to enhance the quality of the STPs in a manner that is consistent to follow and implement from different Analysts • Support GHO team members acting as SPOCs in the Life Cycle Management (LCM) of QA Policy documents / Global SOPs from Draft to Effective stage to meet the mandated timelines on an ongoing basis. • Engage and collaborate with relevant stakeholders in CQA, Sites, R&D and Corporate Functions as part of establishment of QA Policies / Global SOPs on an ongoing basis • Identify means of enhancing Compliance through GHO activities by generating proposal documents on an ongoing basis and seek approval from Head – CQA for routine implementation • Provide training on key Corporate procedures
