Job description

1. Knowledge of Aluminium Extrusion dies. 2. Good knowledge of Die correction idea i.e. correction of flow, size etc. 3. Knowledge of press specification and its relevance in die correction. 4. Knowledge of reading drawings. 5. Knowledge of using measuring instruments. 6. Knowledge of welding of dies. 7. Knowledge of Milling & Turning Machine 8. Knowledge of common extrusion defects 9. Knowledge of tool stack. 10. Good knowledge of filling etc. 11. Taking die trials and making their trial report for further action. 12. Coordination with technical, planning and packing personnel in checking disputed materials.
