The Kissflow Client Director will serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to client stakeholders at large enterprise clients, with a focus on driving high-impact digital transformation programs leveraging the Kissflow platform. This individual will balance client consulting, executive relationship management, and delivery oversight—ensuring clients realize maximum value from their investment in Kissflow’s low-code/no-code (LCNC) solutions. Key Responsibilities • Advise business and technology leaders on digital transformation strategies and adoption of LCNC platforms, leading to tangible business outcomes. • Facilitate ideation workshops with diverse business units to identify and unlock value from enterprise-wide transformation programs. • Bridge the gap between Kissflow's delivery teams and customer stakeholders, ensuring alignment on business goals, solution design, implementation, and adoption. • Oversee end-to-end delivery of multi-year transformation engagements, managing priorities, timelines, risk, and change management across complex enterprise environments. • Build strong, trusted relationships with client CXOs, acting as a thought leader and advocate throughout the client’s digital journey. • Identify and pursue account growth opportunities, including new use cases and expanded adoption of Kissflow’s offerings. • Conduct regular business reviews, prepare executive-level presentations, and represent Kissflow at client leadership forums. Required Experience & Skills • 6+ years of experience in enterprise client management, consulting, or digital transformation leadership preferably for US region • Consulting background with a Big 4 or tier-1 advisory firm strongly preferred. • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders; outstanding written and verbal communication skills. • Experience facilitating workshops, delivering executive presentations, and managing change in complex organizations. • Strong understanding of business process reengineering, requirements gathering, solution mapping, and business-IT alignment. • Prior experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Kissflow, PowerApps, Mendix, OutSystems) is advantageous. • Track record managing large enterprise accounts in sectors such as FMCG, Retail, or Manufacturing is preferred. • Hands-on technology/technical project management experience is a plus. • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
