Product Manager – CEO's Office Euler Motors | Delhi (Mohan Estate) | Individual Contributor | On-site Company Profile One of India's fastest-growing and leading EV commercial vehicle manufacturers, and the market leader in the cargo segment. About the Role We are looking for a Product Manager (Individual Contributor) to join the CEO's Office, working directly with the CEO on strategic product decisions across the company's upcoming 3-wheeler and 4-wheeler EV passenger and cargo lineup. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, market intelligence, business case development, and cross-functional program governance — translating market needs into product decisions and structuring complex data into clear narratives for the CEO, Board, and investors. What You'll Do • Drive end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for upcoming 3W & 4W EV Passenger and Cargo vehicles — aligning vehicle architecture, software, cost, CapEx, and weight targets with market needs and timeline constraints • Lead business reviews with the CEO — structuring complex technical, financial, and operational data into clear narratives of progress, risk, and milestones for CEO, Board, and investor reviews • Conduct deep-dive market studies, define product positioning, and convert customer and market requirements into detailed product specifications • Build business cases for product line-ups, including revenue forecasts and cost structures • Facilitate programme governance forums across Engineering, Technology, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment on milestones, risks, and priorities What We're Looking For • 8+ years of experience, with a strong background in the automotive/EV industry or early-stage/growth-stage startups in a product strategy, product planning, or program management role • Proven experience owning product strategy and roadmap decisions involving vehicle architecture, cost, and program timelines • Strong business and financial acumen — comfortable building business cases, revenue forecasts, and cost structures • Excellent communication skills — able to structure complex, ambiguous information into clear, executive-ready narratives for CEO and Board-level audiences • Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills across Engineering, Technology, Operations, and Commercial teams • High ownership and bias for action; comfortable operating in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment • Genuine interest in EVs, commercial mobility, and India's automotive transition
