Please find below the JD: • Excellent communication skills (Written & Spoken) • Should be dynamic and able to adapt quick changes • Handling outbound calls at scale while adhering to time and productivity targets • Good Typing speed 30-40 wpm words per minute with an accuracy of at least 90% • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively • Willingness to work in night shifts/US shift for Insurance domain • Should be flexible and willing to invest additional hours at work as and when required • Should be a team-player and willing to contribute to team goals over individual performance, as and when required • Identify and resolve exceptional queries • Maintain quality, accuracy & Turnaround time (TAT) as per Service Level Agreement (SLA) • Adherence to overall Service Delivery Requirements • Should have basic knowledge on MS Office Eligibility: • Candidates with minimum 1-3 years of experience in International Voice/International banking process in any domain can apply • Handling outbound calls at scale while adhering to time and productivity targets • Graduate(10+2+3) and above in any stream with minimum 12 months of experience and maximum of 3 years of relevant experience • Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days' notice preferred • Flexible to work in night shifts • All educational and employment documents are mandatory to have • Salary credits from all previous employers must have been processed through a bank account.
