**About the Team** Myntra Ads is the growth engine powering our brand and seller ecosystem. We enable ads-led growth by deeply understanding partner objectives and crafting tailored advertising solutions that drive performance. Our team plays a pivotal role in scaling brand success on the platform while directly contributing to Myntra's bottom-line and profitability. **Role Overview** We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to drive Ads Demand and growth for Myntra Ads, spanning both endemic (brand/seller) advertising and the emerging 3P / non-endemic ads business. This role is at the intersection of AdTech, e-commerce, and growth strategy—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-led environment and is passionate about building high-impact, diversified revenue streams. **Key Responsibilities** *Media Planning & Business Growth* - Lead Ads charter for category portfolio spanning multiple brand need states & a varied inventory and brand ecosystem - Build and scale the 3P / non-endemic ads charter, unlocking demand from advertisers outside Myntra's core seller/brand ecosystem (e.g., BFSI, FMCG, auto, travel, telecom,etc) - Create a comprehensive Ads media planning and delivery framework - Put in processes & metrics to optimise and scale business *Profitability & Thought Leadership* - Devise a long term ads strategy for the BU in line with evolving market, industry trends and competitive landscape, including the diversification of revenue through endemic and non-endemic demand - Ensuring CM delivery for the business in line with the targets for the year *Ads Strategy & Execution* - Design and implement growth strategies aligned with annual business goals - Identify new revenue streams and scale existing ones - Develop the go-to-market strategy for non-endemic ads, including monetization models, inventory and placement strategy, and pricing - Establish demand partnerships and agency/advertiser relationships to grow the non-endemic pipeline *Leadership & Team Building* - Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team - Foster a culture of experimentation, ownership, and continuous learning *Stakeholder Management* - Communicate strategies, performance metrics, and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders with clarity and impact **What We're Looking For** - 10+ years of experience in Ads or category management, preferably in tech, digital media, or e-comm - Master's degree from Tier-1 college in business, marketing, economics, or related field - Experience building or scaling non-endemic / 3P ad demand, or broader media monetization beyond core marketplace advertising (preferred) - Familiarity with brand advertising sales, agency ecosystems, and display/programmatic monetization is a plus - Strong analytical mindset with a knack for turning insights into action - Proven leadership skills and experience building high-performance teams - Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities - Prior exposure to Beauty & Personal Care category is preferred **Why Join Us?** At Myntra Ads, you'll work on exciting challenges at scale, innovate in a rapidly evolving space, and create meaningful impact for some of the most loved brands in the country.
