Director of Investor Relations

Job description

• Lead preparation of investor materials, including quarterly earnings presentations, shareholder letters, earnings releases, and FAQs. • Partner with internal finance, accounting, and secretarial teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all investor presentations, earnings releases, and annual reports. • Continuously interact with analyst to refine models, understand market trends, and peer performance to deliver competitive positioning insights to senior management. • Analyze periodic depository data to monitor changes in shareholding patterns, and tracking institutional buying/selling trends. • Take ownership of IR calendar - organizing quarterly earnings calls, sell-side interactions, investor conferences and roadshows - and develop briefing materials for management. • Collaborate with the corporate communications team to maintain narrative consistency across institutional investor meetings and public media channels.
