Tata Electronics is a prominent global player in the electronics manufacturing industry, with fast-emerging capabilities in Electronics Manufacturing Services, Semiconductor Assembly and Test, Semiconductor Foundry, and Design Services. Established in 2020 as a greenfield venture of the Tata Group, the company aims to serve global customers through integrated offerings across a trusted electronics and semiconductor value chain. We are seeking an experienced **Director of Strategy Planning** to lead enterprise‑wide strategic planning, governance, and cross‑value‑chain alignment across our organizations. This senior leader will partner with executives across Operations, Packaging/Test, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Technology Development, and Business Units to shape priorities, manage strategic programs, and drive execution for key customer and technology initiatives. **What You’ll Do** - Lead the Strategy Planning Council operating rhythm, including annual and quarterly strategic planning cycles. - Drive alignment across silicon technology roadmaps, advanced packaging strategies, and system‑level manufacturing plans. - Oversee a portfolio of high‑impact programs . - Provide executive‑level insights, scenario models, and recommendations to accelerate decision‑making. - Build strong cross‑ecosystem alignment with internal factories and external partners. - Lead integrated capacity, financial, and operational planning across the semiconductor value chain. **Qualifications** - 12–18+ years of semiconductor leadership experience. - Deep understanding of wafer fabrication, assembly/test flows, and system manufacturing. - Proven track record leading enterprise‑scale strategic programs. - Strong analytical skills with experience in capacity modeling, investment planning, and operational analytics. - Excellent executive communication and cross‑functional influence skills. - Bachelor’s in EE, Materials Science, Physics or Operations and MBA **Why Join Us** - Lead strategy for a critical, fast‑growing semiconductor value‑chain organization. - Work across advanced technology nodes, packaging innovations, and large‑scale manufacturing ecosystems. - Influence decisions that shape long‑term technology readiness, customer commitments, and global capacity strategy.
