**Role Overview** The **Draftsman** will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural and interior drawings, layouts, and working details based on design briefs. The role demands technical precision, an eye for detail, and the ability to work closely with designers, project managers, and vendors to ensure the flawless execution of every project. **Key Responsibilities** - Prepare detailed **working drawings**, **furniture layouts**, **RCPs**, **electrical layouts**, and **joinery details** as per design intent. - Convert conceptual sketches and design ideas into **AutoCAD drawings** and presentation sets. - Coordinate with **designers**, **vendors**, and **site teams** to ensure all drawings align with material specifications and construction requirements. - Maintain **drawing accuracy** and ensure timely delivery of drawings as per project schedule. - Update and revise drawings based on design changes or client feedback. - Maintain an organized library of standard details and project documentation. - Support 3D visualization and BOQ preparation where required. **Requirements** - Diploma or Degree in **Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering**. - **36 years** of experience as a draftsman in an interior design or architectural firm. - Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **SketchUp**, and **MS Office** (knowledge of Revit or 3D tools is a plus). - Strong understanding of **materials, joinery details, and site coordination**. - Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.
