Analyst Report To: Senior Consultant Department: Insights & Advisory (Corporates) Location: Hybrid, Gurugram, India (2 days Work from Office, per week) Nature of Job: Permanent Job Summary We are looking for intellectually curious and analytically driven individuals with a strong foundation in business research, problem solving, and strategic thinking. As part of our global Insights & Advisory team, you will support clients in making informed business decisions by delivering highquality research, analysis, and actionable insights. The role requires a proactive mindset, strong learning agility, and the ability to navigate evolving business and technology landscapes. Successful candidates will demonstrate learning agility, technology fluency, and an interest in leveraging generative AI, AI copilots, automation, and agentic workflows to enhance research effectiveness, improve analytical rigor, and drive better business outcomes, while maintaining a strong focus on client needs and value creation. We’ll trust you to: • Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Collect, organize, analyze, and synthesize large volumes of structured and unstructured information, transforming data into actionable insights and clear, decision-ready recommendations. • Research, Analytics & Problem Solving: Execute business research, analytics, and advisory projects with increasing ownership, applying structured analytical methodologies, business frameworks, and innovative approaches to solve complex business challenges. • AI-Enabled Delivery & Innovation: Leverage generative AI, AI copilots, automation tools, and emerging agentic workflows to enhance research productivity, accelerate insight generation, improve deliverable quality, and automate repetitive tasks. • Market & Technology Intelligence: Build a strong understanding of industry dynamics, market
