ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • The Consulting Group (CG) of CBRE is a specialized advisory practice that undertakes assignments across a wide variety of real estate assets and works for a broad spectrum of private and public-sector clients. CGs portfolio of services includes: • Business Plans, Financial Feasibility Analyses, Market Analyses, Due Diligence Exercise, Entry Strategies • Specialized studies such as tenancy mapping, workplace strategy, marketing strategy, healthcare advisory, operational efficiency optimization, etc. • The above services are offered in the areas of IT Parks, Retail Malls, Hotels/Resorts, Townships, Airport and MRT related real estate, Industrial Parks, SEZs, Hospitals and Residential segment • Preparing advisory reports for clients • Working on financial models • Keeping abreast of the real estate market through primary and secondary research • Interacting with clients/prospective clients on a regular basis (for ongoing mandates as well as business development) • Blending in a team environment • Contributes to overall organizational goals by adding to database, setting up a library, specializing in niche real estate markets, mentoring trainees, and engaging in client development. • Other duties may be assigned REQUIREMENTS Educational Qualification • MBA/PGDM from recognized university. Experience • 4-7+ years prior experience preferably in Consulting or valuation for Real Estate industry. Other Skills & Abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. • Ability to effectively present information. • Requires average knowledge of financial real estate terms and principles. • Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. • Ability to solve problems in standard situations. • Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills. • Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. The team member provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to co-workers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.
