LNT/EI-S/1725754 - LTPO-L&T Energy-CarbonLite Solutions - Sagardighi, West Bengal - Posted On 03 Jul 2026 - End Date 30 Dec 2026 - Required Experience 5 - 10 years ## **Skills** #### **Knowledge & Posting Location** Safety Management Systems Team work Leadership and communication skills Positive attitude Incident Investigation Training & Development Team Building Reporting & Analysis Client Co-ordination Environment Health & Safety Risk Assessment Adhrence to procedures and policies Auditing Safety Committee Legal awareness (Business and labour laws) #### **Minimum Qualification** Bachelor of Engineering (BE)Bachelor of Technology (BTech)Post Diploma in Industrial SafetyAdvanced Diploma in Industrial Safety ## **Job Description** - Provide support to Site management for implementation of EHS requirements and prioritize EHS & Sustainability initiatives for successful delivery - Developing & assuring the implementation of Environment, health and safety plans for the location according to legal guidelines/requirements - Provide support to other departments for implementation of EHS requirements and drive EHS & Sustainability initiatives at their location. - Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures - Organize EHS committee as per company and government policy. - Conducting workplace inspections and felicitate EHS & Sustainability & energy/water efficiency audits - Identify key EHS & ESG risks in the operations and carry out risk assessments for the various activities in the premises. - Co-ordinate with different departments for EHS related compliances and preparing MIS reports on periodic basis for EHS & Sustainability. - Timely reporting of incidents and investigations and implementation of recommendations and follow-ups of preventive controls. - Ensure and make good communication and relationship between client, legal related Authority (Fire department, Factory inspector, CPCB, PESO etc.) - Team management and competency development of staff/contractors - Preparation & tracking of annual EHS budget for the respective location/project.
