Electrical Maintenance Engineer-Machine Shop

Job description

• Hands-on experience in the maintenance of heavy-duty CNC machines such as Juaristi (HBM), HNK (VTL & VTC), Goratu TMC & HTL, radial drills, VMCs, and universal drilling machines. • Hands-on experience in the maintenance of FANUC, Siemens, and Mitsubishi CNC systems. • Breakdown & Preventive Maintenance as per schedule. • SAP / ERP knowledge for material requisition and purchase indent. • Maintenance of material handling equipment like EOT & Wall travelling cranes, Transfer trolley, forklift, stackers etc. & Genie and Snorkel make man lifter & scissor lifters • Maintenance of Utilities equipment like compressor, pneumatic and electrical grinders, welding machines etc. • Good working Knowledge of ISO, OHSAS, EMS and best industry practices like Kaizen, TPM, 5S. • Knowledge of electrical equipment such as multimeters, clamp meters, earth testers, and megger testers. • Working in shift duty and work at height for maintenance of EOT and Wall mounted cranes. • AC and SC drive knowledge.
