**Job Location:** Khandala MIDC, Phase-II, Village Kesurdi, Tal.- Khandala, Dist.- Satara, Maharashtra. **Designation:** Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager **Department:** Maintenance ( Electrical) **Formal education & Experience:** BE/B.Tech - Electrical with 11 to 16 years of relevant experience. **Role & responsibilities:** - Responsible Attending & organising Electrical & Mechanical Breakdown maintenance of CNC, HMC & VMC machines. - Hands on exprience on Siemens CNC Controls - Maintain Breakdown & Preventive data in SAP system - Planning & scheduling Preventive maintenance of machines & utilities - Handling of material handling equipment for machine maintenance activity - Carry out maintenance of utilities, like EOT crane, Compressor, DG set - To maintain breakdown & preventive maintenance records in SAP system - Spares management for machines & utility spares - Preparation of Internal & External ISO Audit & maintain documentation, - To follow safety practices during carry out maintenance job, maintain 5S in maintenance area - To have knowledge of HT power supply & switchgears - To have knowledge of instruments for measurement & protection **Defined competencies:** - Knowledge of CNC & Conventional machines & utilities - Knowledge of SAP PM module & ISO Systems. - Knowledge of 5s & safety practices - Knowledge of heavy crane handling, material handling equipments. **Perks and benefits:** - Alternate 5 Days Working - Insurance - Transportation - Canteen
