Job Location: Khandala MIDC, Phase-II, Village Kesurdi, Tal.- Khandala, Dist.- Satara, Maharashtra. Designation: Deputy Manager Department: Order Engineering Formal education: BE - Mechanical Professional experience: 8 to 12 Years. Roles & Responsibilities: Continuous Improvement Initiatives • Analyze existing engineering and business processes to identify improvement opportunities. • Develop and propose process improvement projects with clearly defined objectives, timelines, expected benefits, and measurable success criteria. • Lead the execution of approved improvement projects and ensure completion within the defined schedule. • Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project outcomes and quantify achieved benefits. Digitalization Projects • Identify and initiate digitalization projects aimed at reducing lead time, improving productivity, and enhancing process efficiency. • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to successfully implement digital solutions. • Ensure timely completion of digitalization projects and monitor their effectiveness. Cost Optimization • Identify cost-saving opportunities by reviewing Material of Construction (MOC), pipe routing, component selection, accessories, and engineering practices. • Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality, safety, or customer requirements. • Document and present the technical and commercial benefits achieved through cost-saving projects. Standardization Activities • Identify standardization opportunities based on existing Bills of Material (BOMs), engineering practices, and past project experience. • Develop and implement standard engineering solutions, templates, and BOMs to improve efficiency and consistency. • Collaborate with TOP Lead Engineers and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of standardization initiatives. Engineering Support for Lube Oil Systems • Design Non-API Lube Oil Systems in accordance with customer specifications, applicable standards, and project requirements. • Prepare detailed Bills of Material (BOMs) for Lube Oil Systems and release them in SAP for procurement activities. • Prepare and submit all required Lube Oil System documentation for customer review and approval. • Provide technical support during project execution and assist in resolving engineering-related issues as required.
